Dr. Shravanti Rampalli is a distinguished scientist specializing in Epigenetics and Stem Cell Biology. She earned her PhD from the National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), Pune, in 2006, followed by postdoctoral training at the Ottawa Health Research Institute and McMaster University, Canada. In 2011, she began her independent career as an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (inStem), Bengaluru, where she established a pioneering research program in stem cell biology. In 2020, she joined the CSIR–Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR–IGIB) to further investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying stemness. Her work has led to publications in high-impact journals, patents, and recognition through prestigious national and international awards for both research and teaching excellence. Beyond her research, Dr. Rampalli served as Head of Business Development at CSIR–IGIB, applying her scientific insights and leadership skills to institutional growth. She also holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business, underscoring her expertise at the interface of science, management, and innovation.
