Bhairavi Madhusudhan Shibulal is the Founder and Director of Solis Health – India’s first suite of empathetic and person centric healthcare solutions. Solis Health empowers patients, caregivers and families with the tools and information to make informed treatment decisions. Solis Health democratizes access to healthcare and allied health services.
She is also an active healthcare investor and has backed innovative enterprises, both within India and overseas, working in diverse areas ranging from therapeutics to genomic analysis to comprehensive care platforms.
After working in private equity, strategy consulting and retail research firms Bhairavi moved back to India to care for her mother, who was diagnosed with breast cancer. This sensitized her to the gaps that exist in the healthcare system and she founded Solis Health in her mother’s memory. She is a Trustee of The Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiatives, which is focused on transforming lives through impactful interventions in education, and a founding supporter of The/Nudge Institute, an action institute that partners with governments, markets, and civil society to work towards poverty eradication in India.
Bhairavi is an alumnus of the prestigious dual-degree Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
